Shanly Weber somatic therapist, mindfulness meditation instructor, chi kung instructorShanly Weber, M.A., S.E.P. and founder of SHIFT, is a somatic therapist certified in Dr. Peter Levine’s work, Somatic Experiencing®. She is also a trained mindfulness meditation instructor as well as a chi kung and healing touch practitioner. She combines her wisdom of these three modalities to offer a unique and effective therapy to her clientele.

Shanly has been practicing meditation for over 30 years and is an authorized meditation instructor in the Shambhala lineage. As her spiritual practice grew, so did her other body-mind awareness practices including extensive training in Chi Kung and certification in Somatic Experiencing®. With her compassion, insight and humor, Shanly brings joy to her work and teaches her clients how to tap into their inner strength and confidence. Shanly’s expertise is integrating mind and body practices and making them available to you.
