The practice of meditation is an ancient Eastern tradition and has been around for over 2500 years. There is no other technique that so simply brings us into our bodies. With clear and simple instruction, Shanly guides you through the practice and shares insights that she has learned through her own practice. Shanly supports you in your journey as you begin to cultivate your own awareness and empower yourself. This process is compassionate, gentle and humorous and proves to be most effective when guided by a teacher. You will develop kindness to yourself through this practice.

We already have everything we need. There is no need for self improvement. All the trips we lay on ourselves are like clouds that temporarily block the sun. But all of the time, our brilliance and warmth are right here. We are one blink of an eye away from being awake. This is who we really are. Looking at ourselves this way is very different from our usual habits. Meditation helps us have this perspective.
